The body is both our roadmap and portal for healing, shining light on the places we remain wounded and providing opportunities for our continued evolution. 1:1 coaching provides a safe space to connect to your body through guided somatic practices.Practices offered are intended to…○ Provide a safe space to connect to your body○ Practice interoception (body-based mindfulness)○ Settle your nervous system○ Integrate and release stored energy○ Reconnect to your intuition○ Integrate internal and external experiencesIn these sessions, Dana offers a variety of somatic tools such as grounding, breathwork, movement and guided meditation based on your unique needs. Sessions are meant to be a collaborative effort between facilitator and client and are designed to empower the client to lean in to their body’s intuition and practice meeting their own needs.

meet Dana
Hi, I’m Dana - The creator of Sacred Path Somatics. I’m an Integrative Somatic Practitioner with a background in Western Medicine. My journey to this work is personal. After completing my medical training, I found myself dysregulated, dissociated and unable to hold the type of space for my patients that is expected from a Primary Care Provider. I was living a fight or flight state, which I continuously tried to ignore, suppress or numb. I was later introduced to the world of somatics, which led to a newfound relationship with my body and ultimately, with my life. Over time, as my chronic anxiety lessened, I found myself able to show up more fully in my life, connect to those around me in a deeper way, and move through the world with much more ease and presence.I later realized that through somatic work, I had been releasing years of stored trauma in my body - trauma that had been preventing me from showing up as who I wanted to be in the world. Somatic work continues to be central to my well-being, and I’m passionate about sharing its incredible benefits with others.

Over time, somatic work helps people restore a healthy mind-body connection by learning to reinhabit the body and repair their nervous systems which can help with a variety of physical and mental health issues
Who should NOT engage in this work?
Certain practices may not be recommended for those with uncontrolled medical conditions, severe mental illness, serious injuries, epilepsy and those who are pregnant.
