Hi, I’m Dana —
I’m an Integrative Somatic Guide with a background in Western Medicine, and the creator of Sacred Path Somatics.For years, I worked as a Primary Care Provider—dedicated to helping others, yet feeling burnt out, disconnected & deeply unfulfilled. Though I had learned many tools to help others heal, I noticed that many of those tools often led people further away from themselves, their intuition, their truth.My own healing began when I turned inward. Through somatic work, I began to cultivate a compassionate relationship with myself that helped me feel grounded, empowered & alive. I learned to listen to my body’s cues, regulate my nervous system & move through life from a place of alignment rather than survival.Now, I feel called to share this work. My intention is to hold a space where you can remember your own inner knowing. Because when we live from our felt sense, we don’t just heal ourselves, we help create a better world.

What is somatic work?
Somatic work is a healing modality that focuses on strengthening the mind-body connection, repairing the nervous system and releasing stored energy & trauma. Common somatic practices include grounding, breathwork, meditation, intuitive movement, body-based mindfulness & more
Who is this for?
Everyone can benefit from somatic work. Many people who feel called to this modality experience disconnection from their bodies, anxiety, lack of fulfillment in life, chronic pain, patterns of people pleasing, or desire for more embodied living
What does somatic work help with?
Over time, somatic work helps people restore a healthy mind-body connection by learning to reinhabit the body and repair their nervous systems which can help us to live from a more centered, grounded place
